The short version: 111 of the 202 tools process your files inside your browser, so nothing is uploaded; the other 66 are office conversions that use a secure server and delete your file immediately after processing. We hold no lasting copy either way.
This Privacy Policy explains what information PDF24 Tools collects when you use this site, and how it is handled. PDF24 Tools is built to be usable without creating an account, and we aim to collect as little personal data as possible.
Every tool on this site run directly in your browser — your files are processed on your own device and are not uploaded anywhere. Certain tools that convert between more complex document formats, such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files, may process your file briefly in order to complete the conversion. In all cases, uploaded files are not intentionally retained once your task is complete.
Like most websites, our server may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, used for security and troubleshooting purposes.
We do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies present are limited to those necessary for the basic functioning of the site.

We are based in Pakistan and this site is meant for visitors everywhere. Google and its advertising partners may process data in the United States and in other countries outside your own.
Where personal data moves out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the transfer relies on safeguards that Google maintains for its services, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Those are Google’s arrangements as an independent data controller for advertising, and the details are set out in Google’s own privacy documentation.
PDF24 Tools is not directed at children. It is a general-purpose file toolkit for adults and for professional use, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 where a higher age applies locally.
We do not ask for a name, a birth date or an account of any kind, so there is little for a child to hand over in the first place. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, perhaps in an email, write to us at the address below and we will delete it.
Two different things are involved here, so they are kept apart.
z11_consent_v1 stays until you change it or clear your browser data.Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent you previously gave.
To make a request, email [email protected]. Tell us what you want and enough detail for us to identify the relevant records, such as the address you wrote from and the date of your message. We reply within 30 days. If a request is complex we will tell you why we need more time rather than leaving you waiting.
The honest caveat: because there are no accounts and no uploads, the only personal data we are likely to hold about you is your email correspondence and standard server logs. We will tell you plainly if we find nothing, rather than sending a vague reply.
If you believe your data has been handled badly, you have the right to complain to your local data protection or supervisory authority. You can also contact us first, and we would prefer that.
We update this policy when something real changes: a new tool category, a new advertising arrangement, a consent update, or a shift in the law. The date at the bottom of the page always shows the current version. If a change affects how advertising or analytics cookies work, the consent banner will ask for your choice again rather than assuming the old one still applies.
Older versions are not archived on a separate page, but email us and we can tell you what a previous version said. We keep a copy of each revision.
